  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt, to taste

For garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • A drizzle of Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Add roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, Zejd Sundried Tomato Paste, pomegranate molasses, garlic, Aleppo pepper, cayenne, cumin, and salt into a food processor.
  2. Blend until combined and slightly textured.
  3. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture becomes smooth but still thick.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley, pomegranate seeds, and a final drizzle of Zejd olive oil. Serve with warm pita, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
