INGREDIENTS
  • 2 slices of sourdough or rustic bread
  • 4–5 ripe fresh figs, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Zejd Oregano Infused Olive Oil (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 3 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Fresh thyme leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
