INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1½ tbsp Zejd olive oil (plus extra for brushing the grill)
- 1½ tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brush your grill or grill pan with Zejd olive oil and preheat it over medium heat.
- Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the fruit softens slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1½ tbsp. Zejd olive oil, honey, and cinnamon.
- Plate the grilled peaches with a generous spoonful of cottage cheese on each.
- Drizzle the honey-olive oil mixture over the top.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
