Grilled Peaches with Cottage Cheese

Smoky, sweet, and satisfying—this grilled peach recipe brings together juicy peaches, creamy cottage cheese, and a drizzle of Zejd extra virgin olive oil blended with honey and cinnamon. Finished with a crunchy walnut topping, it’s the perfect light bite for summer.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1½ tbsp Zejd olive oil (plus extra for brushing the grill)
  • 1½ tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Brush your grill or grill pan with Zejd olive oil and preheat it over medium heat.
  2. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the fruit softens slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together 1½ tbsp. Zejd olive oil, honey, and cinnamon.
  4. Plate the grilled peaches with a generous spoonful of cottage cheese on each.
  5. Drizzle the honey-olive oil mixture over the top.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
