Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Add the Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil, milk, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently whisk until a smooth batter forms. Avoid overmixing.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
