Crispy Kale Chips

Light, crispy, and bursting with flavor, these kale chips made with Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil are a guilt-free snack you’ll keep coming back to. Perfect for movie nights, lunchboxes, or a crunchy topping on your favorite dishes.
INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g kale (washed, dried, and stems removed)
  • 2 tbsp Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven to 140°C (285°F).
  2. Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with Zejd olive oil, then sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Massage the seasoning into the kale until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the kale on a baking tray in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp but not browned.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Snack away or crumble over dishes for a flavorful crunch!
