INGREDIENTS
- 200 g kale (washed, dried, and stems removed)
- 2 tbsp Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 140°C (285°F).
- Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with Zejd olive oil, then sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Massage the seasoning into the kale until evenly coated.
- Spread the kale on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp but not browned.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
