Zejd Souri Black Olives are pickled black Souri olives that are kept to naturally fully ripen on the trees, thoroughly picked, calibrated, then soaked to ferment in a natural brine, the Lebanese traditional fashion. Fleshy and meaty, they make for tasty table olives.
Ingredients: Black Olives, Water, Red Grape Vinegar, Salt, and Olive Oil.
May contain traces of nuts.
Handling: Once opened, keep refrigerated.
