Prepared as per the traditional recipe, our souri green olives are thoroughly picked, calibrated and tossed in a mixture of water and salt to promote the fermentation process; allowing olives to marinate in order to develop the desired flavors. Later they are pitted just in time before being filled in jars.
Ingredients: Green Olives, Water, Salt, and Lactic Acid.
May contain traces of nuts.
Handling: Once opened, keep refrigerated.
