Pear, Walnut, Parmesan Salad with Orange Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Zejd orange infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ripe pear thinly sliced
  • 30 grams aged Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnuts – chopped
  • Freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Arrange greens in a bowl
  2. Top with sliced pear, cheese and walnuts.
  3. Toss lightly with orange infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  4. Add pepper before serving
