INGREDIENTS

• 120 g arugula
• 150 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
• 1 large apple, thinly sliced
• ½ cup pomegranate seeds
• ½ cup toasted pecans
• ¼ cup dried cranberries

For the dressing:
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 4 tbsp Zejd Olive Oil
• 1½ tbsp honey
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Arrange the arugula in a circular wreath shape on a large serving plate, leaving the center empty.

  2. Scatter the feta cubes, apple slices, pomegranate seeds, toasted pecans, and dried cranberries evenly over the arugula.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, Zejd olive oil, honey, salt, and balsamic vinegar until well combined and slightly thickened.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

  5. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.
