Summer Watermelon Caprese Salad

A fresh twist on a classic summer favorite—this Watermelon Caprese Salad pairs juicy watermelon, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, brought together with a bold drizzle of Zejd Balsamic-Infused Olive Oil. Light, vibrant, and full of flavor, it's the perfect dish for sunny days.
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Zejd Balsamic-Infused Dressing Olive Oil
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the watermelon and mozzarella in a shallow serving dish or bowl.
  2. Tear the basil leaves and scatter them over the top.
  3. Drizzle generously with Zejd Balsamic-Infused Olive Oil.
  4. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
