A bold and flavorful mezze dish combining creamy labneh, tangy Zejd pickled thyme, and rich, nutty makdous, all brought together with a drizzle of Zejd premium extra virgin olive oil.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup labneh
  • 2 tbsp Zejd pickled thyme, chopped
  • 2 makdous (stuffed eggplants), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Zejd premium extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine the labneh, chopped Zejd pickled thyme, and finely chopped makdous.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle generously with Zejd premium extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Serve with warm pita bread or crispy crackers.
