Perfect for a friendly gathering or an indulgent snack, this easy recipe brings together crispy pasta chips and a tangy feta dip, both elevated by the rich flavor of Zejd extra virgin olive oil.
For the pasta chips:
– 8 oz. uncooked pasta (choose your favorite shape!)
– 2 tablespoons Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
For the feta dip:
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 2 tablespoons Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Pasta Chips:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the pasta, transfer to a bowl, and toss with Zejd extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
3. Bake the pasta: Preheat the oven to 190°C. Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
4. Or, alternatively air fry the pasta: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Cook the pasta in batches for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even crisping.
For the Feta Dip:
1. Combine feta, minced garlic, and Zejd extra virgin olive oil in a food processor or mash together by hand until smooth and creamy.
2. Pair the hot, crispy pasta chips with the feta dip and enjoy!
