INGREDIENTS
- baguette, cut into slices
- 2 tbsp. Zejd balsamic infused olive oil
- ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp. honey
- salt
- 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°c.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle or brush with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the strawberries, Zejd balsamic infused oil, honey, and salt until combined.
- Spread each toast generously with ricotta cheese then top with strawberries mixture
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
