INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup Zejd Extra Virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
- 9 fresh strawberries
- 9 mini marshmallows
- 1 banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar, water, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until fully incorporated.
- Melt 1 chocolate cup and whisk melted chocolate into the brownie batter until fully combined. Mix in the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into baking pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a baking rack to cool.
- After completely cold, cut the brownie cake into 9 pieces
- Cut the banana into 1/2 inch (1-1.5cm) thick slices. Slice off the strawberry stems.
- Top each brownie piece with a banana slice and a strawberry; then add a mini marshmallow on the point of the strawberry to complete the hat.
- Set in a serving plate.
