INGREDIENTS
• 1 tortilla • 1/4 block of feta cheese (not crumbled) • 1 tablespoon Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes • 1 teaspoon honey • 1 egg (beaten, for brushing) • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place a quarter of the feta block in the center of the tortilla. 2. Drizzle Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the feta. 3. Sprinkle dried oregano and chili flakes on top. 4. Drizzle honey over the feta and spices. 5. Fold the tortilla to form a sandwich. 6. Brush the top of the tortilla with the beaten egg. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the brushed egg. 8. Preheat the oven to 190°C. 9. Place the folded tortilla on a baking sheet. 10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. 11. Cut the tortilla into wedges and enjoy it warm.
