INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 sheets puff pastry, pre-rolled

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 200°C. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
2. Gently unroll the puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet in half lengthwise, and then further slice
each resulting rectangle into triangles.
3. At the base of each triangle, place approximately one teaspoon of Zejd sweet olive spread. Roll
up the croissants from the bottom, ensuring the seam is faced downward. To achieve a crescent
shape, gently bend in the edges.
