INGREDIENTS
  • 100g Dark Chocolate, chopped finely
  • 45g Olive Oil
  • 15g Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. Add the olive oil and cocoa powder
  3. Stir to combine, making sure there are no lumps
  4. Add the salt according to taste
  5. The spread will set after a couple of hours at room temperature
