INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups of mixed greens
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Zejd orange infused extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ripe pear thinly sliced
- 30 grams aged Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts – chopped
- Freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Arrange greens in a bowl
- Top with sliced pear, cheese and walnuts.
- Toss lightly with orange infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Add pepper before serving
