Keshek Goat Milk


Our keshek is prepared according to the Lebanese traditional way. Goat's milk yoghurt is the base ingredient of this ancient recipe to which is added wheat burghul and the whole combination is left to dry in the sun for almost a week. It is delicious when cooked with meat.


Ingredients: Goat milk, Labneh, Wheat Burghul, Sea salt.
